• Advisor for The Pilot program, focused on the development of personalized and project-based learning
• Develop learning plans tailored to student's interests and passions, connected to content standards                                 
• Assist students in generating ideas for project work and development of project management skills                                 
• Create a curriculum for weekly seminars focused on perseverance, time management, self-advocacy
  problem-solving, accountability, and inquiry                                                                                       
• Work with students individually to have the capacity to excel academically and personally while they
  discover their own path, understand themselves as learners, and create hands-on experiential work
